Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of Herja and herjagame.com.

Use of the Game

You may use Herja for personal entertainment. You agree not to disrupt the service, exploit bugs, cheat, scrape, reverse engineer, abuse other players, spam chat, or attempt unauthorized access.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping login credentials secure. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms or harm the game or other players.

Prototype Status

Herja is under active development. Features, balancing, saves, items, accounts, maps, multiplayer, and availability may change. Progress may be reset during testing when necessary.

User Content

Player names, clan names, chat messages, and similar content must not be unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, deceptive, infringing, or otherwise harmful. We may moderate or remove content.

Advertising

Herja may display ads at natural game breaks. Do not attempt to generate invalid ad impressions, invalid clicks, automated traffic, or fraudulent activity.

No Warranty

Herja is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Herja and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the game or website.
